And I dieted like it was my job. This, of course, always led to binges. Those binges led to guilt and that guilt led right back to binges. I felt like a crazy woman, covered in cookie crumbs and regret. My health suffered. My confidence tanked. And my weight increased.

I vowed to break up with the binges hundreds of times. But, it wasn’t until I changed my mindset and challenged the beliefs I held about food and body that I was finally able to

And now I’ve created a course to help you do the same.
